The Face Behind it All - Alexis Santa Cruz
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in a variety of roles across both the education and mental health fields. My experience includes clinical therapy with individuals and families, working at a suicide prevention center, teaching college courses, and designing meaningful, customized trainings for educators. I’ve also served as a Director of Social Emotional Learning, which deepened my understanding of what it takes to support an entire school community with care and strategy.
This diverse path has given me a 360° perspective. One that bridges the gap between classroom realities, systemic pressures, and the personal well-being of those doing the work.
